How do I book an appointment?
You can book through our online appointment form, by calling +91 98891 93233, or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Walk-ins are also welcome, but booked patients are prioritised.
Do you accept walk-in patients?
Yes, we accept walk-ins. However, we recommend booking an appointment to minimise waiting time, especially for specialist consultations like implants or oral surgery.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand plans change. Please call or WhatsApp us at least 4 hours before your scheduled time to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient in need.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a government-issued photo ID, any previous dental records or prescriptions, a list of current medications, and your CGHS / ECHS / ESI / PM-JAY card if applicable. You can also download patient forms in advance.
Is root canal treatment painful?
Modern RCT is performed under local anaesthesia and is usually no more uncomfortable than a routine filling. It relieves the pain caused by the infected tooth. Learn more on our Root Canal Treatment page.
How long do dental implants last?
With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, dental implants can last 15 years to a lifetime. The crown on top may need replacement after 10–15 years. Visit our Dental Implants page for details.
At what age can children start orthodontic treatment?

Is wisdom tooth removal a major surgery?

How much does a dental implant cost?

Are braces expensive?
Braces cost varies by type — metal, ceramic, or clear aligners. We offer flexible options and explain costs upfront during the orthodontic consultation.
Do you offer payment plans or instalments?

Is the clinic empaneled under CGHS and ECHS?

Can I get cashless treatment under PM-JAY?
Eligible PM-JAY beneficiaries can receive cashless treatment for approved dental packages. Eligibility is checked on the PM-JAY portal or through our staff.
What documents are needed for CGHS treatment?
You will need a valid CGHS card, photo ID, and referral or treatment authorisation as per current CGHS guidelines. Our front desk can help with paperwork.
How do I manage pain after a tooth extraction?
Take prescribed pain medication, apply a cold compress, rest, and avoid smoking or spitting forcefully. We provide detailed aftercare instructions after every extraction.
What can I eat after dental surgery?
Stick to soft, cool foods for the first 24–48 hours. Avoid hot, spicy, crunchy, or hard foods until healing progresses. We provide a personalised diet guide after surgery.
How soon can I return to work after implant surgery?
Many patients return to desk work within 1–2 days. Strenuous activity should be avoided for 3–5 days. Your surgeon will give specific advice based on your procedure.
How often should I visit the dentist for a check-up?
Most patients benefit from a dental check-up and cleaning every 6 months. Those with gum disease or ongoing treatment may need more frequent visits.
What COVID-19 safety measures are still in place?
We follow strict sterilisation, hand hygiene, surface disinfection, and optional masking for symptomatic patients. Instruments are autoclaved and barriers are used chairside.
Do you provide second opinions?
Yes. If you have been advised surgery or extensive treatment elsewhere, our MDS specialist can review your records and X-rays and offer an honest second opinion.
Should I bring old dental X-rays or reports?
Yes, please bring any previous X-rays, scans, prescriptions, or lab reports. They help us avoid duplicate tests and make informed treatment decisions.
Will my treatment look natural?
Yes. We use tooth-coloured materials, shade-matched ceramics, and digital planning to ensure crowns, fillings, and veneers blend naturally with your smile.
