Keyboard Navigation
All interactive elements — menus, links, buttons, forms, and accordions — can be reached and operated using only a keyboard.
Saluja Dento Max Fac Centre is committed to making our website welcoming and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.
We believe that access to quality healthcare information should not depend on a person’s ability to see, hear, or use a mouse. That is why we design and maintain this website with accessibility in mind from the very start.
We strive to follow universal design principles so that patients of all ages and abilities can learn about our services, book appointments, and find the information they need with confidence.
We aim to meet or exceed recognised international guidelines.
Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Conformance is an ongoing process. We regularly review our pages, forms, and interactive components to find and fix barriers.
Practical measures we have implemented to improve your browsing experience.
All interactive elements — menus, links, buttons, forms, and accordions — can be reached and operated using only a keyboard.
We provide clear, high-contrast focus rings so you always know which element is active as you navigate the site.
We use legible typefaces, comfortable line spacing, and responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels.
Meaningful images and icons include descriptive alternative text or are marked as decorative so assistive technologies can interpret them correctly.
Animations are subtle and respect the user’s system preference. If you prefer reduced motion, decorative animations are minimised or disabled.
Semantic headings, landmarks, and labels help screen readers and other assistive technologies navigate content logically.
We are transparent about areas where we are still improving.
Some downloadable PDF forms and documents may not yet be fully accessible to screen readers or other assistive technologies. We are actively working to convert these into accessible formats.
If you need any document in an alternative format — such as large print, plain text, or an accessible digital version — please contact us. We will be glad to provide the information in a way that works for you.
We welcome your suggestions. If you encounter any barrier, let us know and we will address it promptly.
