Cost Estimate Policy
Before any treatment begins, you will receive a written estimate outlining the procedure, materials, number of visits, and total cost. We explain every item and answer your questions. There are no surprise charges, and any change to the plan is discussed with you before proceeding.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. For treatments where advance payment has been made, refunds are processed fairly based on work already completed and materials used. Custom laboratory work such as crowns, dentures, and aligners is generally non-refundable once ordered. Our front desk will explain the applicable refund terms before you make any payment.
Government Scheme Billing Process
For CGHS, ECHS, ESI, UP Police, and PM-JAY patients, we verify eligibility, collect required documents, and process bills according to scheme rules. Cashless treatments are settled directly with the scheme where applicable; reimbursement cases are supported with complete paperwork.
